How do I submit a product?

On the Products tab, tap + New product and fill in the title, description, your cost, category, specifications, and photos/video, then Create draft. Your product is saved as a draft; tap Submit for approval to send it to the Crawfty admin queue. An admin sets the retail price and approves or rejects it. If rejected, you'll see the reason on the product card and can edit and Resubmit for approval.

Orders — how do accept and ship work?

New orders appear on the Orders tab with status "new". Tap Accept to take the order into production. Once it's ready, enter the tracking number and attach at least one proof photo/video, then Submit shipment for inspection — this is the same tracking number that auto-announces the shipment on the Crawfty Logistics side. The order then shows "Pending Crawfty inspection" until the shipment is received and processed.

Question 3

Payments — Withdraw via Wise, withdrawal requests, payout history, and KYC?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawals are gated on supplier verification (KYC): upload your company registration/ID under Payments and Submit for verification. Once approved, enter an amount and tap Request under Withdraw via Wise — this creates a withdrawal request that finance reviews and processes; you'll see it listed under Withdrawal requests with its status. Payout history below lists orders that have already been paid out, with the amount and date.

Question 4

What do the Guidelines cover, and why do they matter?

The Guidelines tab covers shipping rules per lane (what's prohibited by air vs sea, and how non-compliant air items reroute to sea), required package markings (CRAWFTY-[order#]), and documentation you must include (item lists, invoices for customs). Following them avoids delays and rejected shipments.

Question 5

How do I get paid, and when?

You get paid via a Wise withdrawal once your KYC is approved: request a withdrawal amount from your available payout balance and finance processes it. Payout history shows every order that's been paid out, with amount and date.
