Crawfty Logistics is the CNS freight desk — the team that receives supplier cartons at our Shenzhen warehouse, consolidates them into LCL ocean shipments, and moves them to Kingston, Jamaica. This portal is where that work happens: receiving, quoting, and publishing shipment milestones.

How it works

1. 1. Sign in

   Sign in with your Crawfty Logistics account.

2. 2. See the shipments worklist

   Your dashboard lists every shipment by status — announced, received at the warehouse, quoted, paid, and on its way.

3. 3. Receive & measure cartons

   When a supplier's goods arrive at the warehouse, record carton dimensions, weight, condition notes and photos.

4. 4. Quote with the RT calculator

   Generate a freight quote with the RT (revenue ton) calculator. Rates are versioned and audited — every quote traces back to the rate card in effect at the time.

5. 5. Customer pays from their wallet

   The customer settles the freight quote directly from their Higgler wallet — no cash handling required.

6. 6. Publish milestones

   Update the shipment as it moves: departed the warehouse, on vessel, arrived in Jamaica, delivered. Departure is locked until the freight is paid and the customer's goods balance is settled.

Access to this portal is granted by an admin — your account must be assigned the logistics role before you can sign in to the dashboard.
